WEIMA BUILDERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore East area seeks an Construction HR Executive (Worker Portfolio) to manage end-to-end HR administration for approximately 400 foreign workers, ensuring accurate manpower records and timely work pass administration.

You will oversee payroll, attendance, and manpower reporting, while coordinating onboarding, deployment, and welfare, plus supporting events, audits and ad-hoc projects to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete HR portfolio for ~400 foreign workers, maintaining accurate records.
• Handle Work Permit processes, MOM compliance, and visa-related documentation.
• Consolidate attendance, leaves, and payroll data for monthly processing.
• Coordinate worker onboarding, deployment, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Support worker welfare, medical claims, and employee relations matters.
• Plan and execute employee engagement events and welfare programmes.
• Support ad-hoc HR projects and process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure governance in line with MOM requirements.
