Job summary

MOH SENG CRANES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on HR professional to support payroll, recruitment and onboarding, and HR administration in our Singapore office.

You will coordinate interviews, process onboarding and offboarding, maintain employee records, and assist with dormitory administration for foreign staff in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure confidentiality, manage attendance records, liaise with payroll vendor, monitor work passes, and support engagement activities.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, able to maintain confidentiality, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly payroll instructions to payroll vendor and verify attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and leave records.
• Coordinate interviews and liaise with recruitment agencies and candidates; arrange interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes; coordinate onboarding including email setup, system access, staff IDs, equipment issuance, and orientation scheduling.
• Prepare employment-related documents; monitor work passes; maintain and update employee records and p-files.
• Maintain accurate dormitory records and coordinate dormitory applications, allocations, and check-in/check-out for foreign employees.
