Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is hiring a Business Development/Sales professional to grow our portfolio in Singapore's construction and infrastructure sectors. The role demands building strong client relationships, generating leads, and presenting solutions that meet client needs.

The position offers a hybrid working arrangement with a competitive package and additional benefits. Fluency in English is required, and Mandarin/Malay would be an advantage for regional client engagement.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of Business Development or Sales experience.
Experience or network in Construction industry advantageous.
Proficiency in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within Singapore's construction and infrastructure sectors.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Generate sales leads through business development and networking activities.
Conduct sales presentations and promote the company's products and services to potential clients.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business development KPIs.
Develop long-term client relationships to support sustainable business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
