Job summary

DigitalBuild Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our Integrated Digital Delivery platform within the local construction sector.

You will identify new customers, build strong relationships with main contractors and developers, and articulate how DigitalBuild’s solutions can improve project outcomes. Collaboration with management, product, and implementation teams will ensure tailored recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, B2B sales or a similar role.
• Experience in construction, engineering, BIM, digital construction, SaaS or technology will be an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills; speaking Mandarin is an advantage
• Good at building relationships and developing new business

DigitalBuild is a Singapore-based construction technology company. We provide an Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) platform that helps construction companies manage their projects digitally.

Our platform connects Design, DfMA & Fabrication, Construction, and Handover in one system.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow DigitalBuild's business in Singapore.

THE ROLE

You will help DigitalBuild find new customers, build strong relationships and grow our business with main contractors, developers, and other construction companies.

You will work closely with professionals in the construction industry and introduce DigitalBuild's solutions and develop long-term business relationships.

You will work with our management, product, and implementation teams to understand customer needs and provide the right solutions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in business development, B2B sales or a similar role
• Experience in construction, engineering, BIM, digital construction, SaaS or technology will be an advantage
• Good understanding of the Singapore construction industry will be an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills; speaking Mandarin is an advantage
• Good at building relationships and developing new business
• Self-motivated, positive and willing to take initiative
• Able to work independently in a growing company
