Job summary

The Public Service Division is seeking a Constituency Master Planner to partner with the Constituency Director in leading planning, coordinating and implementing community initiatives that build social capital and strengthen People-Government-People connectivity within the constituency.

You will oversee GRO development, coach volunteers, drive community programmes from wellness to youth, and supervise office administration to ensure efficient service and compliant governance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in community development or grassroots work, with 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong community engagement and ground-sensing capabilities.
• Ability to facilitate dialogue and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Sound understanding of government policies and translating them into accessible community communications.
• Good supervisory and people management skills.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple programmes concurrently.
• Resilience and adaptability with a results-oriented approach to programme delivery.
• Nice-to-have: proficiency in a second language to engage diverse residents where relevant.

Responsibilities
