Job summary

The Public Service Division is seeking a Constituency Manager to act as an administrator and community facilitator at the constituency level, supporting GRO formation and development to promote social cohesion and community bonding in Singapore.

You will engage residents and volunteers, plan and implement programmes, manage GRO governance and finances, and ensure data protection compliance while coordinating with PA HQ and partners to deliver impactful community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement or grassroots development.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to engage diverse residents and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data protection policies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents and partners to understand needs and co-create programs.
• Plan and execute GRO and divisional activities and national campaigns.
• Facilitate formation of interest groups and recruit GRO volunteers per rules.
• Attend GRO meetings and provide administrative/logistical support.
• Manage GRO social media and communications per PA guidelines.
• Ensure financial management, budgets, and procurement compliance.
