Job summary

The Constituency Manager at People's Association (PA) will serve as an administrator and community facilitator at the constituency level, supporting the formation, development, and consolidation of Grassroots Organisations (GROs) to promote social cohesion, racial harmony, and community bonding.

They will work closely with residents, Grassroots Leaders, volunteers, and community partners to plan and implement programmes that advance PA's mission of sparking and nurturing community participation

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement or grassroots development.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with social media for outreach.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents and community partners to understand ground needs, gather feedback, and co-create programmes.
• Plan and execute community activities at GRO and divisional levels.
• Facilitate formation and development of interest groups and recruit volunteers.
• Attend monthly GRO meetings and submit progress reports.
• Manage GROs' social media and develop communications.
• Ensure financial management and procurement compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and data handling per policy.
