PAS People's Association is seeking a Constituency Manager to act as a community facilitator at the constituency level. You will support GRO formation, development, and engagement initiatives to promote social cohesion and resident participation across programmes aligned with PA's mission.

You will oversee GRO governance, financial management, procurement, and data stewardship, while coordinating volunteers and communicating with residents and partners in a culturally sensitive manner.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in community engagement or grassroots development preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; engage diverse communities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media for outreach.

Aufgaben

• Administrate GRO operations including governance, financial management, procurement, and data stewardship.
• Engage residents and partners to plan and implement programmes that promote social cohesion and participation.
• Attend GRO meetings, provide logistical support, and prepare progress reports to PA HQ.
• Manage GROs' social media and create communications per PA guidelines.
• Coordinate recruitment and succession planning for volunteers and GRO members.
• Ensure compliance with PA Financial Rules and Regulations and data protection.
