Job summary

The Constituency Manager at People's Association (PA) acts as an administrator and community facilitator at the constituency level, helping GROs grow and strengthen social cohesion. You will collaborate with residents, GRLs, volunteers, and partners to plan programmes, manage governance, and ensure sound financial and data stewardship in line with PA rules.

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement or a people-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage diverse groups.
• Familiarity with office software and social media for outreach.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents and partners to identify needs and co-create programmes.
• Plan and execute GRO-level activities and campaigns.
• Support formation of interest groups and recruit volunteers.
• Attend GRO meetings and provide administrative support.
• Manage GROs' social media and communications per PA guidelines.
• Monitor budgets and procurement in line with PA rules.
• Maintain accurate records and data in compliance with data policies.
