Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore is seeking a Constituency Manager to support GRO formation and community programmes, ensuring governance, financial management, procurement, and data stewardship across GRO operations.

You'll work with residents, GRLs, volunteers, and partners to plan activities, recruit volunteers, manage communications, and help deliver PA's mission of fostering caring and united communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement or grassroots development is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms for outreach is expected.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents and community partners to understand ground needs and co-create programmes.
• Plan and execute community activities at GRO and divisional levels, including national campaigns.
• Facilitate formation and development of interest groups and recruit GRO volunteers.
• Attend monthly GRO meetings and provide administrative support and progress reports.
• Manage GRO social media platforms and digital assets; develop materials per guidelines.
• Ensure financial management of GROs, including budgets and grant papers in line with rules.
• Manage procurement processes, drafting specifications and papers for ITQs/ITTs.
• Maintain accurate records and data while protecting personal data per policies.
