Job summary

The People’s Association seeks a Constituency Manager to act as an administrator and community facilitator at the constituency level. You will support the formation, development, and consolidation of Grassroots Organisations (GROs) to promote social cohesion, racial harmony, and community bonding.

The role works with residents, GRLs, volunteers, and partners to plan programmes that advance PA's mission. The incumbent ensures governance and compliance across GRO operations, including financial

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement, social work, grassroots development, or a people-facing role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage residents and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Nice-to-have proficiency in a second language to engage diverse communities; experience in financial administration or procurement may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents and partners to understand needs and co-create programmes.
• Plan and execute community activities at GRO and divisional levels, including national campaigns.
• Support formation of interest groups and coordinate volunteers in GROs.
• Attend GRO meetings and provide administrative support with timely reports.
