Job summary

A4 INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the management and upkeep of assigned property assets in Singapore. The role focuses on safety, functionality, and compliance with Singapore’s building legislation while coordinating maintenance programs and inspections.

You will liaise with property developers, consultants, and contractors during TOP and Post-TOP phases, ensuring adherence to standards and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing property management operations.
• Strong understanding of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and related regulations.
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and upkeep of property to ensure safety and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore building legislation and standards.
• Coordinate inspections and maintenance programs across facilities.
• Collaborate with developers, consultants, architects, and contractors during TOP and Post-TOP phases.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and coordinate resolutions.
