Job summary

DEESOLO INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. seeks a Concierge cum Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for office staff, visitors and stakeholders. The role provides a professional, courteous concierge service while supporting the Management Office in day-to-day customer service and estate operations.

You will project a positive image of the Management Corporation and Managing Agent at all times, and work at the front desk to ensure a welcoming environment in a busy building.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/0 Level, NITEC, diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, property management or related service environment is advantageous.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Attend to office staff, visitors, contractors and other persons at the Concierge Desk.
• Receive and direct visitors and service providers in a professional manner.
• Maintain a welcoming, service-oriented front desk environment.
• Record feedback and service requests and refer to the appropriate staff.
• Escalate serious complaints to the Estate Manager or supervisor.
