Applicants should have 5+ years in a 5-star hotel, 3+ years in Concierge, and be a Clefs d’Or member. Proficiency in MS Office, GoConcierge, and Hotsos is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management
• Minimum 5 years in a 5-star hotel environment
• Minimum 3 years in Concierge in a luxury hotel
• Proficient with MS Office, GoConcierge and Hotsos
• Clefs d’Or membership is required

Responsibilities

• Ensure Legendary Quality Experience and hotel policies are followed
• Oversee Concierge team including Porter and Transportation services
• Handle guest queries/complaints promptly and escalate when needed
• Maintain operation standards and implement efficient procedures
• Plan duty rosters and manage casual costs within budget
• Interview and appraise Concierge staff; support hiring decisions
• Maintain high hygiene, grooming, and professional standards
• Support MOHG emergency procedures and business continuity plans
• Participate in Le Clefs d’Or activities to strengthen network
