Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore is seeking a Concierge (Bellhop) to deliver personalised guest service by assisting with luggage, performing timely deliveries and collections, welcoming guests warmly, fulfilling requests professionally, and enhancing guest experiences through feedback.

You will assist with luggage handling, deliver and collect luggage promptly, welcome guests on arrival, and contribute to memorable hotel experiences with attentive service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate pride in hospitality and hotel service.
• Show enthusiasm for interacting with guests and customers.
• Preferably possess relevant hotel experience.
• Willing to work shifts.
