Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Compliance Executive for our MAS-licensed local advisory firm in Singapore. You will help ensure ethical operations and legal compliance while supporting business goals.

Key duties include assisting the Risk and Compliance team, conducting regulatory reporting, audits, and due diligence on new and existing business partners, and communicating regulatory updates to the organisation.

Qualifications

• A-level or Diploma in a financial advisory environment is required.
• Experience in FA or insurance compliance is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Risk and Compliance department with regulatory tasks.
• Ensure regulatory reporting, audits, and due diligence of business relationships.
• Communicate regulatory changes and support implementation across the firm.
• Conduct due diligence on new business relationships and ongoing partnerships.
