Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Compliance Executive to ensure legal and ethical operations while achieving business goals.

The role is based at Bras Basah, Singapore, with standard 8am–6pm hours and a flexible schedule as indicated. The role focuses on supporting risk and compliance activities within a local financial advisory firm licensed by MAS. Key duties include regulatory reporting, audits, and due diligence for new business relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 'A' level or Diploma with experience in the financial advisory industry.
• Compliance qualification or experience in FA or insurance industry preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Risk and Compliance department.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including audits, reporting, misconduct investigations, and admin support.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and communicate changes for implementation (FA Act, PDPA).
• Conduct due diligence on new business relationships and ongoing partner screening.
