Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Compliance Executive to help ensure the company operates legally and ethically while achieving business goals. Working location is Bras Basah Road.

You will support Risk and Compliance, perform regulatory reporting and audits, conduct due diligence on new business partners, and stay updated on evolving regulations such as FA Act and PDPA. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 'A' level or Diploma with experience in the financial advisory industry.
• Advantage if candidate has compliance qualification or experience in the FA or insurance industry.
• Familiar and skilled with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Risk and Compliance department.
• Perform responsibilities to ensure the company complies with regulatory requirements, including balanced scorecard audits, regulatory reporting, misconduct investigation and administrative support.
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments and communicate changes and support implementation (e.g., Financial Advisers Act, Personal Data Protection Act).
• Conduct due diligence on new business relationships and support ongoing due diligence from business partners.
