Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Compliance Executive to join our MAS‑licensed financial advisory firm at Bras Basah Road. You will help ensure the company operates legally and ethically while supporting business goals.

Responsibilities include risk and regulatory compliance tasks, audits, reporting, misconduct investigations, and due diligence for new and ongoing partners. Excel proficiency is essential for daily duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 'A' level or Diploma with experience in the financial advisory industry.
• Compliance qualification or experience in the FA or insurance industry is a plus.
• Familiar and skillful with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Risk and Compliance department.
• Perform responsibilities to ensure regulatory compliance including audits, reporting, investigations, and admin support.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and communicate changes to support implementation (e.g., FA Act, PDPA).
• Conduct due diligence on new business relationships and ongoing due diligence for partners.
