Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Compliance Executive in Singapore to ensure the company operates within the law and maintains ethical standards while supporting business goals.

Key duties include assisting the Risk and Compliance team, handling regulatory reporting, audits, investigations, and due diligence on business relationships; experience in FA or insurance is a plus and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 'A' level or Diploma with experience in the financial advisory industry.
• Compliance qualification or FA/insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Risk and Compliance department.
• Perform responsibilities to ensure regulatory compliance including audits, regulatory reporting, misconduct investigations and admin support.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and communicate changes; support implementation (FA Act, PDPA).
• Conduct due diligence on new business relationships and ongoing due diligence from partners.
