HUAT SING (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous Compliance Engineer to ensure products, components, and documentation meet regulatory standards, safety requirements, and industry guidelines.

You will collaborate with third-party organisations on compliance, certification, testing, documentation, and regulatory submissions. The role emphasises risk assessment, testing, audits, and detailed record-keeping, with cross-functional collaboration across project teams, QA, legal, and regulatory affairs

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or a related technical discipline.
• Relevant working experience in engineering, compliance, quality assurance, testing or certification is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles, technical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and documentation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

Compliance Engineer

Job Summary

Weare looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Engineer toensure that products, components, systems,processes and technical documentation meet regulatory standards, safety requirements and industryspecific guidelines to maintain legal and operational integrity.

Thesuccessful candidate will work closely with third-party organisations tosupport product compliance, certification, testing, documentation, andregulatory submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Assessment: Evaluating engineering designs, processes, and products to confirm compliance with local, national, and international regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Risk Assessment: Identifying potential compliance risks early in development to prevent legal issues and ensure safe engineering practices.
• Testing and Inspections: Conducting product tests, site inspections, and audits to detect non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of compliance checks, audits, certifications, and corrective actions to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Collaboration: Working closely with project teams, quality assurance, legal departments, and regulatory affairs professionals to integrate compliance requirements effectively.
• Advisory Role: Providing guidance to management on compliance-related issues and helping develop procedures to maintain regulatory adherence.
