Links International seeks a Product Compliance & Regulatory Manager to lead regulatory affairs for Geomatics products, ensuring global compliance and managing certifications across EU, NA, APAC. You will coordinate with Leica Switzerland, certification bodies, and laboratories to obtain market approvals.

The role requires 7–9 years in product compliance, strong knowledge of global frameworks, and ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline.
• 7-9 years' experience in product compliance, wireless technologies, RF, telecommunications, or related regulated industries.
• Solid understanding of global product certification and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in robotics, automotive, medical devices, aerospace, infrastructure, or other complex engineering sectors is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, system engineering, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret standards pragmatically.
• Effective stakeholder management across regulators, service providers, R&D, and quality teams.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and willing to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements (CE, FCC, PSE, etc.).
• Lead product certification activities with internal teams and external labs.
• Embed regulatory requirements early in product development with R&D and QE.
• Maintain technical documentation and certification files for lifecycle compliance.
• Support lifecycle compliance, testing, change management, and strategy alignment.
• Provide compliance guidance and training to cross-functional teams.
• Deliver regulatory reports, risk assessments, and updates to management.
• Represent the organisation in industry forums and standards committees.

Product Compliance & Regulatory Manager (Compressed JD)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the regulatory compliance expert for Geomatics products, ensuring compliance with global regulations and standards across the EU, North America, Japan, South Korea, China, and Australia.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements (e.g., CE, FCC, PSE, telecom, safety, functional safety, IEC standards) and maintain strong networks with regulators, industry bodies, and technical committees.
• Lead product certification activities, coordinating with internal teams, Leica Switzerland, certification bodies, and external laboratories to achieve market approvals.
• Embed regulatory requirements early in product development, partnering with R&D and Quality Engineering throughout design, testing, and release.
• Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation and certification files, ensuring continued compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support lifecycle compliance activities, including regulatory assessments, testing, change management, and compliance strategy alignment across regions.
• Provide compliance guidance, training, and knowledge-sharing to Quality Engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Deliver compliance reports, risk assessments, testing plans, and regulatory updates to management and product teams.
• Represent the organization in industry forums and standards committees while building internal and external compliance networks.
