Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of QA/QC, inspection, testing, manufacturing, or engineering experience preferred.
• Experience in QA/QC, QMS, ISO, inspection, or material testing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections and testing on products, materials, components, and parts.
• Document, monitor, track, and submit measured data and test results.
• Coordinate, schedule, and perform QA/QC inspections.
• Monitor daily inspection activities and materials delivered to the factory.
• Review third-party inspection and material testing reports.
• Identify, record, and report quality issues, defects, and non-conformities.

Summary
The Quality Engineer ensures manufactured products, materials, and components meet company and customer quality specifications. The role includes inspection, testing, supplier material verification, QA/QC coordination, documentation, and consolidation of CBAM, PFAS, RoHS, and REACH compliance reports.

Work Scope / Responsibilities

• Ensure all work and materials meet or exceed contract specifications and the Organization's standard of excellence.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections and testing on products, materials, components, and parts.
• Ensure all materials meet or exceed contract specifications.
• Document, monitor, track, and submit measured data and test results.
• Coordinate, schedule, and perform QA/QC inspections.
• Monitor daily inspection activities and materials delivered to the factory.
• Review special inspections and material testing performed by third parties.
• Identify, record, and report quality issues, defects, and non-conformities.
• Follow up with suppliers on quality issues, discrepancies, and non-conforming materials.
• Document all inspection and testing in QC reports.
• Perform and consolidate reports for CBAM, PFAS, RoHS, and REACH compliance.
• Maintain quality records in accordance with QMS, ISO, customer, and applicable standards.

Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of physical material attributes and clamping techniques, including unique material handling methods.
• Proven ability to contribute effectively to a multinational and multidisciplinary team by working collaboratively, sharing knowledge, and showing sensitivity and respect for diversity.
• Thorough knowledge and proven experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, etc.).
• Knowledge of statistical techniques for analytical data analysis and methodologies for material comparison.
• Basic understanding of CMM programming.
• Some knowledge and understanding of CBAM, PFAS, RoHS, and REACH regulations.
• Familiar with inspection and testing procedures, quality documentation, and reporting.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Educationand Experience

• Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant QA/QC, inspection, testing, manufacturing, or engineering experience preferred.
• Experience in QA/QC, QMS, ISO, inspection, or material testing is an advantage.
