Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a Community Relations Senior/Executive to support the department’s smooth operation. You will work closely with and support the various branches in executing their tasks and delivering the intended outcomes.

The candidate’s key job duties include handling budgetary tracking, procurement and payment matters, managing queries from the public and stakeholders, providing admin and logistical support for branch operations, updating materials on PUB digital

Qualifications

• Diploma in communications or related fields
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and writing skills; good command of English; mother tongue preferred
• IT-savvy and highly conversant in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to multi task and manage project timelines
• Meticulous with an eye for details

Responsibilities

• Handle budgetary tracking, procurement and payment matters
• Manage queries from public and stakeholders
• Provide admin and logistical support for the branch operations
• Update materials on PUB digital platforms (e.g. website)
• Provide support in engagement efforts of PUB’s partners
• Track department’s stakeholder engagement efforts and assets
• Cover Personal Assistant (PA) duties for Director as needed
• Assist in other duties to support the department’s daily operations as assigned
