Job summary

PUB, The National Water Agency, is seeking a Community Relations Senior/Executive to support the department and collaborate with branches to ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves administrative tasks, stakeholder engagement, and updating PUB’s digital platforms.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in communications with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong English writing and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Diploma in communications or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and writing skills; good command of English; mother tongue preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle budgetary tracking, procurement and payment matters.
• Manage queries from public and stakeholders.
• Provide admin and logistical support for the branch operations.
• Update materials on PUB digital platforms (e.g. website).
• Provide support in engagement efforts of PUB's partners.
• Track department's stakeholder engagement efforts and assets.
• Cover Personal Assistant (PA) duties for Director as needed.
• Assist in other duties to support the department's daily operations as assigned.
