Job summary

PUB, The National Water Agency, is seeking a Community Relations Senior/Executive to support the department and collaborate with branches to ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves administrative tasks, stakeholder engagement, and updating PUB’s digital platforms.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in communications with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong English writing and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

What the role is:

The Community Relations Senior/Executive supports the department's smooth operation. He/she will work closely with and support the various branches in executing their tasks and delivering the intended outcomes.

What you will be working on:

The candidate's key job duties are:

• Handle budgetary tracking, procurement and payment matters
• Manage queries from public and stakeholders
• Provide admin and logistical support for the branch operations
• Update materials on PUB digital platforms (e.g. website)
• Provide support in engagement efforts of PUB's partners
• Track department's stakeholder engagement efforts and assets
• Cover Personal Assistant (PA) duties for Director as needed
• Assist in other duties to support the department's daily operations as assigned

What we are looking for:

• Diploma in communications or related fields
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and writing skills (a good command of English is essential while working knowledge of the mother tongue is preferred)
• IT-savvy and highly conversant in office software such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to multi task and manage project timelines
• Meticulous with an eye for details
