Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for a Customer Engagement role focused on onboarding new parents and building a strong community around learning programs.

You will share the centre's vision, recommend suitable programs, and support events and lead generation activities with partners. The role requires weekend availability and a customer-first mindset, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Weekend work required: Wed–Sun, 9am–6pm.
• Experience in tutoring/learning centres is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new parents to the community.
• Share Centre's vision and recommend suitable programs for students.
• Support customer success initiatives and community events for engagement.
• Maintain relationships with parents; be their advocate.
• Plan lead generation events with partners (Parent Sharings, trial classes).
• Collaborate with teaching team to assess students and follow up with parents for conversion.
• Handle general admin: onboarding emails, data entry, and data research.
• Ensure all customer info is documented and updated in CRM.
• Track student progress and maintain parent relationships.
