Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an entry-level candidate to join the customer acquisition team and onboard new parents to our community. You will articulate the Centre's vision, recommend suitable student programs, and help drive engaging events for families.

Responsibilities include maintaining parent relationships, coordinating lead-gen activities with partners, and assisting teaching staff to assess students for conversion.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Polytechnic Diploma or Recognized Degree in any discipline.
• Some educational background e.g. tutoring, learning centres, coaching is a plus.
• Good with children/teenagers and able to build a community with learners and parents.
• Willing to work full weekends (Wed to Sun) 9am–6pm, Public Holidays off.

Responsibilities

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to community.
• Share Centre's vision and recommend suitable programs for students.
• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement.
• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community; act as parents' advocate and manage relationships with them.
• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings and trial classes; ensure payment for classes is received.
• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion.
• Handle general administrative duties, e.g. onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research.
• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system.
• Continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents.
