Job summary

The Public Service Division is seeking a Learning Facilitator to design, develop, and deliver training programmes for PA staff, grassroots leaders, and community partners, strengthening people-to-people and government-to-people engagement.

You will lead full training cycles—from needs assessment and curriculum development to facilitation and evaluation—empowering staff and partners with practical skills and a growth mindset to serve the community better.

Qualifications

• Professional qualifications in Adult Learning, Training & Development, or Social Sciences.
• Strong writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and delivers training programmes for PA staff, grassroots leaders, and community partners.
• Facilitates face-to-face, virtual and blended training courses and workshops.
• Develops and contextualises training materials, including eLearning course wares and facilitator’s guides.
• Coordinates training plans with PA Divisions and GRCs.
• Conducts assessments to measure learners' competence and manage certifications.
