Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Community Manager to lead the end-to-end rollout of a Business Analyst and Product Manager training programme for about 600 personnel and related activities.

The role focuses on training strategy, stakeholder coordination, and building a vibrant learning community, with emphasis on logistics, scheduling, and participant experience. Experience in community management and training operations is required, with strong planning and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in community management or training coordination.
• Strong planning, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing large-scale training programmes or professional communities is preferred.
• Able to coordinate multiple workstreams and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop the training strategy and rollout plan, including participant segmentation, agency prioritisation, cohort sizing and scheduling.
• Coordinate trainers, curriculum, course materials and session readiness.
• Manage venues, equipment, system access, catering and other logistical requirements.
• Oversee registration, cohort allocation, attendance tracking and participant follow-ups.
• Manage participant communications, reminders, feedback and stakeholder updates.
• Build and sustain an active BA/PM learning community through post-training engagement, networking and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Track participation, feedback and learning outcomes, and recommend improvements for future cohorts.
• Ensure a smooth and positive end-to-end participant experience.
