Job summary

The Learning Facilitator at People’s Association designs, develops, and delivers training programmes for PA staff, grassroots leaders, and community partners. Responsibilities

• Designs and contextualises training materials and e-learning content.
• Delivers face-to-face, virtual and blended training for PA staff and GRLs.
• Conducts field research to inform teaching materials and literature.
• Coordinates with PA divisions to plan and schedule training.
