• Designs, develops and delivers training programmes for PA staff, grassroots leaders and community partners.
• Delivers training in face-to-face, virtual and blended formats, including customised sessions.
• Facilitates and mentors a growth mindset for continuous learning and better change management.
• Translates PA knowledge into teaching materials and integrates them into modules and programmes.
