Job summary

Industrious Asia Pacific is seeking a Community Executive to be the main point of contact for members, delivering hospitality and resolving issues to foster a productive space.

You will build rapport, manage the concierge, coordinate with IT/F&B, and support the Centre Manager to enhance operations, sales, and member satisfaction.

This role offers a 5-day work week, a dynamic workplace, and opportunities to engage with local networks.

Qualifications

• Hold a qualification from an accredited institution.
• Open to candidates with no prior experience; more experienced applicants may be considered for senior roles.
• Proven objection handling, prospecting and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Uniform provided and must be worn during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the office in a clean, defect-free condition through daily walkthroughs.
• Assist with move-in/move-out schedules to minimize issues.
• Ensure a warm welcome and farewell for members and visitors.
• Develop rapport with members and tailor service delivery to preferences.
• Support Centre Manager to improve operational efficiency, sales, and member satisfaction.
• Manage the concierge: calls, emails, mail, and packages.
• Coordinate with IT, F&B and Housekeeping for inventory and events.
• Promote use of the members’ platform and network portal.
