The Flexi Group is seeking an entrepreneurial Community Lead to drive member experience and lead community events across our Singapore locations. You will partner with Location Managers and Operations to ensure smooth daily operations, foster partnerships, and build lasting relationships with members.

Role involves sales-related activities, coordinating events, and maintaining high-quality service. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer-facing roles, strong communication, and a degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a customer-facing role or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unrivalled member experience and drive community events.
• Sell memberships, tours, and events to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Location/General Manager on operations and improvements.
• Coordinate with New Projects team for space maintenance and improvements.
