Job summary

The Work Project is a Singapore-based membership workplace creating a holistic environment for today’s workforce. We are seeking a Community Associate to welcome members, support operations, and drive exceptional service from the front desk in our Singapore workplace.

As a full-time Community Associate, you will handle guest check-ins, coordinate tours, manage events, and collaborate with sales to convert leads.

Qualifications

• College graduate or diploma holder in business, communications or hospitality preferred.
• Passion for customer service oriented business operation and experience in hotels (front office, guest relations or F&B) or serviced offices or co-working spaces is required.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Able to multitask, demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, punctuality, self-awareness, teamwork, and empathy.
• Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Basic sales experience would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first and last point of contact for members, visitors and potential clients.
• Cover the front desk during business hours and main phone line.
• Greet and check-in member guests; prepare welcome packs.
• Track walk-ins, schedule tours and send confirmations.
• Distribute promotional materials and partnership news.
• Manage info email queries and forwarding.
