Job summary

The Flexi Group seeks a Community Associate in Singapore to deliver an unrivalled member experience and drive community events and partnerships. You will support the team with sales activities, tours, and content creation for social media.

You will assist with onboarding, training, and basic administration while maintaining high standards of service and collaboration across locations.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role; recent graduates considered.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Highly organised with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Experience in coworking, real estate, or startup environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, high-quality member experience and build relationships.
• Conduct location tours and pass leads to senior sales team to support targets.
• Support events and content creation for the community, including social media.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Support administration and data entry; assist with invoices and monthly reports.
