Children's Aid Limited (CAL) is seeking a proactive Fundraising Partnerships Manager based at our Woodlands office in Singapore. You will lead corporate and individual partnerships, plan and run CSR events at Melrose Home, and strengthen donor stewardship to advance CAL's fundraising goals.

This role emphasizes community engagement, event management, and volunteer coordination, requiring 3–5 years in fundraising or partnerships.

Qualificações

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Event Management, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage events independently with strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead community engagement with corporates, donors, and partners to secure sustainable support.
• Plan, organise and execute CSR events, workshops and activities at Melrose Home.
• Coordinate volunteer management and ensure regulatory compliance for CP activities.
