Job summary

Centre for Fathering (CFF) in Singapore is seeking a Fundraiser Senior Executive to front partnerships, manage donor accounts, and drive grant/matching funds proposals. The role operates in a family-centric, hybrid environment and collaborates with the engagement team to craft compelling proposals.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office, social media savvy, and a collaborative mindset to support CFF’s mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Social media savvy and open to learning new tools and systems.
• Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work in a family-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Fronting and pitching with Head of department to potential parties or/and existing partners.
• Savviness in management of accounts.
• Source for leads and provide close follow up with partners.
• Work with engagement team to craft proposals.
• Manage applications pertaining to grant or/and matching funds.
• Handle administrative matters when/where needed.
• Management of Donor Management System.
