Boys' Town in Singapore seeks a Community Partnerships Executive to grow funding through donations, sponsorships, and community events. You will maintain stakeholder records, support major campaigns, and help sustain partnerships with corporate and individual donors.

You will work with cross-functional teams, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and effective engagement across CRM systems. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented fundraiser.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of partnership development and fundraising practices.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Understanding of relevant industry and market trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to develop basic graphic and promotional materials.
• Database management and data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the Community Partnerships Manager in securing sponsorships for major fundraising initiatives through strong proposals, grant writing, and sponsor research.
• Support fundraising events and manage key annual initiatives including Flag Day, Charity Dinner, and fundraising appeals.
• Track Community Partnerships income and expenditure aligning with departmental plans and fundraising strategy.
• Carry out fundraising compliance, including reporting to IRAS, MSF, the Charity Portal, and NCSS.
• Support fundraising administration, including donor correspondence and maintenance of donor/fundraising records.
• Maintain and grow the portfolio of corporate and volunteer relationships.
• Extract, analyse and manage donation data from Giving.sg, Give.Asia and other platforms.
