Job summary

Mary Grace International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Bakery Production Associate to join our cafe team. You will prepare and scale ingredients, mix, bake, and finish breads, cakes and pastries to Mary Grace quality standards.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced production environment. You will uphold food safety and HACCP standards while keeping the station organized and production-ready.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or pastry kitchen, level-dependent.
• Basic baking techniques including dough handling, creaming, tempering, piping.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and scale ingredients according to standardised recipes and production schedules.
• Mix, bake, and finish breads, cakes, pastries to Mary Grace quality standards.
• Execute cake assembly, layering, filling, and crumb-coating to specification.
• Apply frostings, glazes, and decorative finishes with consistency and precision.
• Monitor oven temperatures, timings, and baking conditions throughout production.
• Maintain proper storage and labelling of raw ingredients, doughs, batters, and finished products.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
• Keep the bakery station clean, organised, and production-ready at all times.

What You Need:

• Relevant bakery or pastry kitchen experience (level-dependent)

• Basic foundation in baking techniques - dough handling, creaming, tempering, piping

• High attention to detail and pride in consistent, beautiful results

• Ability to work early morning shifts, on weekends and Public Holidays and in a fast-paced production environment

• Team player with a positive, learning-oriented mindset
