FEI SIONG FOOD MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is hiring a Commis Crew for Burgers & Food Preparation to join our kitchen team in Singapore.

The role involves assembling sauces, ingredients and sandwiches, and ensuring all items are cooked and prepared to SOP standards for top quality. The position requires working on rotating AM/PM/overnight shifts with weekend and public holiday availability. Training is provided; no prior experience is necessary, and there are 5 or 6 day package options depending on

Responsibilities

• Prepare sauces, ingredients & sandwiches.
• Ensure products are cooked and prepared to SOP standards.
• Receive and store ingredients using FEFO method.
• Prepare food according to SOP and maintain high standards.
• Ensure best quality and no expired products.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ensure chicken and other foods meet quality expectations.
