Job summary

Richemont Luxury (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Merchandising & Operations professional to lead product assortment, stock planning, and event support within the SEAO region. You will analyze local market trends and translate insights into optimized stock and inventory movement across boutiques and external networks.

Leveraging SAP, Power BI, and Looker, you will collaborate with regional teams to meet sales objectives and ensure flawless product flow, packaging, and delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years of work experience in retail merchandising or related field.
Experience in operations, inventory or stock management.
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

Merchandising, stock planning and assortment management across retail and external networks.
Monitor stock availability and reallocate to meet regional/demand needs.
Conduct data-driven reviews of market assortments with boutique feedback and quantitative analysis.
Coordinate events, packaging, and logistics to ensure brand presentation and efficiency.
Support high-end events and data automation initiatives to improve system capabilities.
