Job summary

Ocean Network Express PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Excellence Analyst to handle sales queries from local offices and support KPI management, dashboard rollout, and continuous improvement actions across countries.

The role requires experience in sales analytics, CRM/case management, and strong Excel and visualization skills. You will drive SOP changes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, data analytics or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales excellence/management or business/data analysis.
• Experience in shipping/maritime industry is preferred.
• Familiar with CRM/case management systems and processes.
• Proficient with visualization tools to develop dashboards and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage any sales-related queries local offices have.
• Support Sales and Service KPI management, including performance tracking and continuous improvement actions.
• Support Business Dashboard rollout and system adoption across countries.
• Drive SOP change management for chat, booking and documentation processes with stakeholder management.
• Set and monitor country performance for dry/reefer OOG to meet targets and CGM numbers.
• Support global CRM team on case management analysis to identify trends and gaps.
• Collaborate with GCSM to promote service quality targets for ONE, cargo Turnaround Time, and customer visits.
• Manage demurrage and detention, long stay containers, and surcharge improvement cases.
• Assist in managing and auditing SAS Sales processes and harmonising sales data/reporting.

Requirements
