Oversee all services and guide the team for 100% loading factor with the highest yield cargo combination.
Monitor the market trend and develop the pricing policy based on seasonality, competitive environment to achieve the financial target with both external and internal information.
Analyze and prepare reports on business performance and budget variances, suggest corrective and improvement actions.
Work closely with operations, accounts and sales team members to ensure business performance targets are achieved.
Communicate and solve with vendors for any operational/pricing issues.
Follow-up on key customers and negotiate their commercial contracts.
Analyze and communicate key performance indicators.
Initiate and suggest short/term action plan in cases of over and underused allocation.
Requirements
Degree in Maritime/Supply chain/Business or other related disciplines.
