Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Engineering or QS discipline.
• Around 7-10 years of contract administration experience in construction.
• Ability to present and carry yourself well.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual risk across ASEAN projects.
• Review tender terms, flag risks, and negotiate departures with clients.
• Shape commercial and contract strategy with bid leaders.
• Brief project teams on risks, entitlements and procurement matters.
• Guide teams through change management, claims and dispute resolution.
• Audit compliance, manage external legal support and escalate major claims.
• Capture lessons learned at close-out to improve commercial practices.
