Job summary

BuildBridge Partners Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, seeks an experienced contracts professional to oversee contractual and commercial matters for building construction projects. The role covers tendering, contract preparation, evaluation, negotiation and award, as well as review of main and subcontract agreements.

You will monitor costs, progress claims, variations and final accounts, manage EOT submissions and disputes, and provide commercial support to project teams across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in contracts management within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractual and commercial matters for building construction projects.
• Manage tendering, contract preparation, evaluation, negotiation and award.
• Review and administer main contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Monitor project costs, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Manage contractual claims, Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and dispute resolution.
• Provide contractual and commercial support to project teams.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on contractual matters.
• Identify contractual risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Support project teams in resolving contractual and commercial issues throughout the project lifecycle.
