• Support the Contracts and Commercial Manager in managing construction contracts and commercial matters.
• Review contract terms, identify risks, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Assist in preparing and negotiating progress claims, variation claims, EOT claims, and counterclaims.
• Monitor project costs, contractual obligations, and variation submissions.
• Liaise with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve contract-related issues.
• Assist with commercial negotiations and dispute resolution.
