in Singapore seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual aspects of major construction projects, ensure contract execution, minimize disputes, and protect commercial interests while maintaining client, subcontractor and supplier relations. You will lead procurement, contract administration, risk mitigation, EOT claims, cash flow oversight, and advisory support to the project director and management, while mentoring the Quantity

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in contracts management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of standard construction contracts such as PSSCOC and LTACOC.
• Thorough understanding of contract law and procurement practices.

Responsabilités

• Procurement scheduling, tender documents, and contract award preparation.
• Draft and review correspondences; post-contract administration duties.
• Identify commercial risks and mitigation strategies.
• Lead dispute resolution and provide contractual guidance to project leaders.
• Mentor junior quantity surveying staff.
