The position focuses on managing commercial and contractual risk across ASEAN projects within the specialist construction contracting sector. The role requires reviewing tender contract terms, flagging unacceptable risks, and negotiating departures with clients, while shaping commercial and contract strategy with bid leaders and guiding teams

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Engineering or QS discipline.
• Around 7-10 years of contract administration experience in construction.
• Ability to present and carry yourself well.

• Brief project teams on key risks, entitlements and procurement/subcontract matters

• Guide teams through change management, claims and dispute resolution

• Audit contractual compliance, manage external legal support, and escallate major claims to leadership

• Capture lessons learned at project close-out and drive continuous improvement in commercial practices

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant Civil, Engineering or QS discipline

• Around 7-10 years of prior experience in handling contract administration for construction projects.

• The ability to present and carry yourself well is important for the success of this role.
