Job summary

The role requires consultative selling, handling objections, and closing opportunities in a structured, measurable way, with collaboration across product, operations, risk, onboarding, and customer success teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in payments/fintech.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in new business acquisition.
• Experience selling to founders and finance decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline generation and prospecting for commercial payment solutions in Singapore.
• Conduct discovery conversations and tailor value propositions to buyers.
• Move opportunities through the full sales cycle to close.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and activity tracking.
• Collaborate with product, risk, onboarding, and CS teams to progress deals.
